Since mid-December, we have had three car break-ins reported in the village. That amounts to more crime in a month than we've seen in a long time. Clearly there are thieves operating in this area and we urge you and your friends / relatives / guests to be extra vigilant. All the thefts have followed the same pattern so far: Car parked in quiet / unlit spot, window smashed, bag / valuables stolen.
