The Suffolk Preservation Society has sent the Boundary Committee its views on the latest draft proposals (see letter of 21 April at www.suffolksociety.org, under Campaigns).
The Society argues against any unitary local government structure, under which it considers town and parish councils would be disadvantaged. It also questions whether a unitary structure would achieve any savings.
